Account Director at Achievement Awards Group (Pty) Ltd for five years – a Performance Improvement Company which is 10% owned by Maritz Inc. USA.
As an Account Director duties included: Business Consultation with companies requiring performance improvement and the design and implementation of Performance Improvement Programs in these companies.
Areas of expertise required were Marketing, Advertising, Sales, Business Analysis, Strategy, Incentives, Customer Relationship Management, Consumer Loyalty, Channel of Distribution, Customer Service and Staff Productivity.
Skills included business analysis, strategy development, proposal writing, budget building, communications design, measurement of performance, award formulation, presentation of solutions, negotiation, project management, leadership of project team, monitoring of performance, driving performance, management of client service team.
Processes used in designing incentive programs included: consultation and research; launch and communications; measurement and feedback; rewards and recognition; and executive feedback.
I presented our company and new program designs to audiences ranging from Marketing Managers and Managing Directors to large audiences of national participants at launch events.
I am computer literate - daily using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint; MS Project; Outlook; and Internet Explorer. I directed several programs which use Websites and e-newsletters.

Each program ranged from R500 000 to R3 500 000 p.a.
I led three group travel trips overseas to Bali, Cancun and Disneyworld / New York as Tour Director.
